The Sustainable Development Goals and the Agenda 2030 emphasizes the responsibilities of all States, in conformity with the Charter of the United Nations, to respect, protect and promote human rights and fundamental freedoms for all, without distinction of any kind as to race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth, disability or other status. In sum the sustainable development goals is a soft meeting point of all categories. Implementation and reporting on the sustainable development goals can be used to strengthen and empower our timid youths, support girl child education, awareness campaign on climate, inception of the sustainable development goal is still a far cry from the expectation of citizen’s round the worldi . Although Governments emphasized that a robust, voluntary, effective, participatory, transparent and integrated follow-up and review framework would make a vital contribution to implementation, National Voluntary Reporting of various countries have not reflected the emphasis on the agenda on using the sustainable development goals to reaffirm the importance of youth empowerment, education for all and pursing for out of school children objectives. KEY MESSAGES 1. Align national plans for implementing the sustainable development goals with international Human Rights obligations and Objective. 2. National Reports should reflect national priorities and targets for sustainable development and their relation to empowerment and education for all obligations. 3. Methodology that was adopted for the review should be founded on education for all impact assessment and major human rights principle including transparency and participation. 4. Institutional mechanisms for implementation must include the role of National Human rights institutions and human rights NGOs. 5.
